More Harrowing "Tails" of Feline Urinary Misadventure
The good news: We rented our townhouse in Seattle.
The bad: Reggie did so much "damage" to the downstairs carpet the carpet cleaners could not fix the stains and smell. We have to replace the downstairs with new carpet.

I guess that depends...how much of the new carpet is he paying for?
In the long run it probably would've been cheaper to go with hardwood floors.
